Nothing beats the first coffee of the day at work.

Mist coated this last week, and back today to start the prep work. All fresh woodwork needs priming, undercoating, filling and caulking. 12 door casings, skirting boards (still to be fit). Then sand and fill any walls / ceilings that need it before applying 2 top coats.

A good couple of days of prep work should make sure the finished job looks good and lasts.

Fail to prepare, prepare to fail.
