Hi, my name is Marta and I am the owner of Pearl Home Design, a company that specialises in Home Staging.
I will help you increase the value and appeal of your property, whether it is for sale or to let so that you can get the best return on your investment!
From a young age I had a passion for interior design and DIY. Initially my career took a different course – I’d been working in Finance for 11 years. However, deep down I felt that my calling was something else. I decided to train in property and in the following years I worked with many top investors in the UK, sourcing properties.
This experience made me realise that I can combine my wealth of knowledge in both real estate and finance with a passion for interior design to develop a home staging company... and here we are!
My main goal is to showcase aspirational living spaces that your prospective buyers can see themselves living in. In short, i will make potential buyers fall in love with your property. I create elegant, stylish homes with a minimalistic luxury feel that will make your offer stand out above the rest!
As a Home Stager, I’ll take care of everything you don’t have time for: from identifying the target audience and creating design concepts, to shopping, delivery, installation, styling and photography.
My services are bespoke, even down to the custom built beds I use meaning no one home will look or feel like the next. I spend time getting to know my clients and importantly, their prospective buyers too.
