Our Story

Hi, I’m Tess. Mum, maker and chocolate lover! Making makes me happy – in fact, it helped me get over a really tough time in my life and find a talent I never even knew was there. I started out making for myself in my little yellow room because I couldn’t find coasters I liked on the High Street. I then had lots of requests from family and friends, so I moved on to selling at local markets, and now have my own shop on Etsy. I honestly never imagined that a hobby could kick-start a whole new chapter in my life, but sitting making in my little yellow room in Yorkshire, I couldn’t be happier. My inspiration has been lots of cups of Yorkshire Tea!, Spring, Sunshine and Daffodils, Colour, Fun and Geometrics and of course My Children! who also love to make things!!
