There’s something rather special about sharing a story together.

Even when children are perfectly capable of reading independently, reading the same book gives us a little window into their world. We meet the same characters, wonder about the same things, laugh at the same moments and suddenly have conversations we might never have had otherwise.

That’s a huge part of why we created our reading challenge. Not simply to encourage children to read more, but to encourage families to experience stories together.

Because some stories are just too good to keep to yourself.
