2 ripe Bananas (medium)10g Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2 tbsp Creamy Peanut Butter (100% peanuts)
120g Desiccated Coconut (plus extra for coating)🥣

INSTRUCTIONS

Mash: In a medium bowl, thoroughly mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
Mix: Stir in the cocoa powder and peanut butter until fully combined.
Fold: Add the 120g of desiccated coconut.
Mix well until a thick dough forms.Roll & Coat:
Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls. Roll each ball in a small bowl of extra desiccated coconut until fully coated.
Chill: Pop them in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up into a fudgy texture!

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.

• 1 cup soft brown sugar
• 1⅓ cups soy milk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• ½ cup dairy-free dark chocolate chips
• ¼ tsp salt

👩‍🍳 Method:
Mix all dry ingredients. Add soy milk and vanilla, whisk until smooth, fold in chocolate chips, divide into muffin liners, and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 18–22 minutes.

• 2 cups desiccated coconut
• ½ cup dairy-free Greek yogurt
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• A pinch of salt
• 200g dairy-free dark chocolate (melted)

Method:
🤍 Mix the coconut, dairy-free Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until well combined.

🤍 Shape into bars or bite-sized pieces and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
