The Lord Ganesha I crocheted suddenly has a story to tell… 🧶🐘💗

So I'll let him tell you. 🥹

Meet Bappa — handmade by me, one stitch at a time. 🧶✨

For Ganesh Chaturthi, I wanted to turn my crochet creation into something a little different: a 9-page story about faith, family, kindness, courage, gratitude and new beginnings.

Along the way, Bappa and little Mooshak share what Ganesh Chaturthi means, why we celebrate it and — most importantly — the beautiful lessons we can carry with us long after the festival ends. 🌸🪔

Because maybe Ganesh Chaturthi isn't only about welcoming Bappa into our homes…

Maybe it's also about welcoming a little more kindness, positivity and hope into our hearts. ❤️

🐘 Swipe to read Bappa's little story →

And if one of his messages speaks to you, tell me which page was your favourite in the comments. 👇💗

Save it for Ganesh Chaturthi 🪔

Share it with someone who loves Bappa 🙏
And send a little handmade happiness into the world. 🧶

Ganpati Bappa Morya! 🙏🐘🌺

✨ A little reminder for your soul…

In a world that never stops moving, sometimes the most radical thing you can do is sit down, pick up your hook, and just… create. 🧶💕

There's something truly magical about crochet — it slows your breath, steadies your hands, and quietly heals your heart one stitch at a time. This isn't just craft. This is self-care. This is therapy. This is YOU. 🩷

So today's reminder from JaynaVCreations to YOU:

💗 Slow down.
🌬️ Breathe.
🎨 Get creative.
🌟 Trust the process.

Drop a 🧶 below if crochet is your happy place — I see you, creative soul! 👇

And if you're just getting started, this is your sign to pick up that hook. I promise, the yarn won't judge you. 😄💕

📖✨ A page full of texture & love ✨📖

A little sneak peek into the sensory crochet book I made for my niece 💕

This page is all about texture, touch, and discovery — designed for little hands to explore, feel, and enjoy 🧶
The stitch featured here creates a beautifully raised, bumpy texture, making it perfect for sensory play. It’s not just about how it looks… but how it feels ✨

Because handmade isn’t just seen — it’s experienced 💫

Each page in this book has been thoughtfully created to:

💗 Encourage sensory development
🧠 Spark curiosity
🧶 Introduce different crochet textures
💕 Be filled with love in every stitch

And of course… personalised with her initial 🥹💛

There’s something so special about creating pieces that will be part of childhood memories 💕
