You may have seen local businesses asking for your help lately and this is largely down to how Facebook / Instagram are hampering you seeing our content unless we pay which is very hard for small businesses to constantly do this.

F & CD WELLS LTD - COVID-19 STATEMENT UPDATE
Following on from our previous statement, dated 30th April 2020
-
As we all know, Coronavirus/Covid-19 is causing chaos globally, we at F & CD Wells wanted to share our position on this pandemic, our work schedules, service and the health of our decorators and customers.

Due to the updated government guidelines, we will now be OPEN to the public for the following works:
- Internal Decorating Works - SOCIALLY DISTANCED
- External Decorating Works
- Internal and External Decorating works for EMPTY/NON-OCCUPIED properties/rental properties
- School Works for empty/non-occupied classrooms/areas
- Essential works for our NHS
- Construction sites/non-occupied commercial properties

We are still taking in emailed quotations & drawnings/BOQ's on skeleton office staff, so please bare with us when getting back to you. Please send these through alongside any enquiries to [email protected]

So, whilst these types of works will be continuing, keeping to and including the up-to-date government advice; such as regular handwashing/hand sanitising, PPE where applicable, social distancing- lone working or keeping a minimum of 2m distance at all times and insuring that if any of our reduced workforce show signs of the virus in any way, that they do not come to work.

The health of our customers and staff is paramount and we will do anything in our power to follow these guidelines to keep everyone safe and well.

We will be re-assessing the situation in 3 weeks time as recommended by the government and deciding on the best plan going forward for our loyal and hardworking team.

F & CD WELLS LTD - COVID-19 STATEMENT
Following on from our previous statement, dated 18th March 2020

As we all know, Coronavirus/Covid-19 is causing chaos globally, we at F & CD Wells wanted to share our position on this pandemic, our work schedules, service and the health of our decorators and customers.

Until further notice, we are limiting our work load to empty domestic properties (e.g. rental properties & the like) and the essential decorating works that we will continue to carry out for our wonderful NHS.

So, whilst these types of works will be continuing, keeping to and including the up-to-date government advice; such as regular handwashing/hand sanitising, PPE where applicable, social distancing- lone working or keeping a minimum of 2m distance at all times and insuring that if any of our reduced workforce show signs of the virus in any way, that they do not come to work.

The health of our customers and staff is paramount and we will do anything in our power to follow these guidelines to keep everyone safe and well.

Unfortunately that means that F & CD Wells Ltd are closed for a time to the general public; including both domestic and commercial sites, where it is not possible to continue providing the efficient, high quality standard of work that we wish to give, whilst complying to the strict instructions from the Government during this lock down period. We will be re-assessing the situation in 3 weeks time as recommended by the government and deciding on the best plan going forward for our loyal and hardworking team.

In the meantime, to ensure that we can get back to some sort of normality following this uncertain time, we are continuing to quote for works sent (site drawings or bill of quantities) via email to [email protected]

F & CD WELLS LTD - COVID-19 STATEMENT

As we all know, Coronavirus/Covid-19 is causing chaos globally, we at F & CD Wells wanted to share our position on this pandemic, our work schedules, service and the health of our decorators and customers.

As it stands, from today, (18th March 2020) - we are continuing business as usual, whilst including the up-to-date government advice such as regular handwashing/hand santising, also insuring if any of our workforce show signs of the virus in any way, that they do not come to work.

The health of our customers and staff is paramount and we will do anything in our power to follow these guidelines to keep everyone safe and well, during this uncertain time.

At this point in time, we do not believe that closing the business is the route that we should take, but should the government require a full, country-wide lockdown, we will of course take action.

Until then, we are still fully operational, taking tenders/quotations, booking in quotations and carrying on ‘as usual’.
Should we be asked to close down our services, we shall be in touch with all customers with more information and our plans going forward, but rest assured, we will be following guidelines fully and not risking the health of any of our staff and customers.
