What an absolute corker of a video meeting yesterday with the most beautiful soul (don't let life take you too seriously) and I absolutely think these screenshot say it all.

The lovely Sam from Electric Kitty will be coming to Crafty Space in the New year and we can't wait, it is so exciting.

Sam's creative side with her work in Collage will certainly set a fun class of designing your statement vintage plate.
Very unique, and designing your own is what will make your plate unique enough to stand out.

Stay tuned for the date as places are limited.

Set yourself some timeout to reset and get creative in 2027.

Anyone else relate? 🤣🤣

I have had the day off today from my daytime work. I have every other Wednesday off until the end of November 😅

I need the tops destashed, floor clear to get in and out and most of all, a working desk that is clear and not a dumping ground!! That sewing machine needs to stay out for what's ahead 🙏🏻

Ashamed but posting here so I can be accountable!!

2018's Studio all squeezed into one room. It's got to go and just keep what I am working with.

Another peaceful evening and a get together with beautiful humans that all have something in common..... crafting, art and just designing one off pages in my Altered book art Journal group.

A lovely challenging evening last night at Coffee and Card.

The challenge is on for November.
November will be my last Coffee and Card until January, but do not fear I have my first class for Coffee and Card booked in for Monday January 4th so make sure you pop that in your dairy.

I have some events planned for December and I think it is also important to take time out for ourselves when running a business, no matter how big or how small it is. With that said I am looking for another crafty workshop to attend so if you know of anything I could unwind with do leave me a comment 👇

Handmade cards let's family and friends know that there was a lot of thought put into the card, as it was created for a certain individual in mind 🧡

Well here is another one for you 😉

⭐️ Beginner’s Sewing Classes ⭐️

⭐️ Do you have a sewing machine in a box and never used it❓️ I hear this all the time and it's not a silly question or answer.
⭐️ Do you own a sewing machine but not used it for some years and need to build confidence again❓️ Also something I hear all the time..
⭐️ Do you want to learn a new hobby but currently don't have a machine❓️

Well from January I will be starting my next beginners sewing classes
My first class for 2027 will be on Saturday January 9th, 10am-12.30pm and this will be an introduction to a sewing machine. All the details of what you can achieve are on the flyer. 👇

These class will then be on the 1️⃣ st Saturday of every month thereafter. Dip in and out to build your confidence and learn on some basic projects each month.

Prices will vary dependant upon fabric provided or you will be purchasing your own fabric and be paying towards the tutorial and guidance.

What a wholesome morning we had.
I feel very blessed to have these beautiful humans in my life. All building each other up.
From sewing straight lines on paper to recycling a mans shirt with a ruffled collar and hems.

I feel so proud of all of them and how far they have come. We had such a giggle today, especially when I was picking dummies up from the floor but they didn't tip the pram over so thats a bonus 😅
I came home and had a 3 hour nap after my flu jab yesterday and now reflecting how I have helped these ladies.

Amazing job ladies 🧡🥰
I can't wait to see pictures of you wearing them.

Here's another monthly sewing class coming in January 2027.

Dust those machines off and come along to Crafty Space in Enderby.

Let's get busy enjoying a couple of hours each month to sew together.

Monday 18th January 6.30pm-8.30pm
£12.50 PP per session. Includes refreshments.
