When you hear ‘ Mummy there’s a bird in the kitchen’

Well Hello 👋🏼 it’s been a minute… or 3 months 🤭

Just your average summer holiday morning in our house 🤣🤣
I do not do flying things…
Thank god for the 8 year old son ✌🏼
Bleeped out my fruity language I apologise… 🫣

4 weeks down… two to go!
Hope everyone’s having a lovely summer ☀️

✨ Let me ‘de-influence’ you on what a real home is like ✌🏼

Hey! I’m Jenna, mum to 3 under 8.. family of 5 ❤️
Coming up to our forth year in our house renovation which is now firmly a lived in home.

The real shots.. because not everyone really wants the perfectly styled images 😘

So if you have mess out, washing up in the sink and you feed the kids with the help of a tablet. Guess what, so do I 🤣

What ever gets you through I guess, mines typically a glass of Pinot 🥂

Happy weekend, ours is one at home. It will look alot like this 👌🏼

Early morning sun shots ☀️

Forever love this space, and I’ll never get over the Queen Anne’s lace stem ✨ I have them everywhere 🤣

Up at the crack of dawn again with the youngest but capturing moments like this are worth it 🤍

In for a glorious week.. let the sun shine!
Happy new week all 😘

Renovation Home ✨ Black DO’s & Dont’s!! 🖤

Coming up to our 4th year in our home and it’s safe to say there’s things we’d change if we were to do it again

• Custom black front door - LOVE
• Flush casement black windows - LOVE but they do show up all the dust
• Black bifolds - LOVE but we are south facing so they do draw more heat in, positives & negatives in that
• Internal black crittal doors - LOVE!!
• Painting black features, banister, door frames - LOVE
• Black bathroom - AVOID! I’ve shared it before and I’ll continue to do so. Nightmare never again
• Using paint on the pergola - DONT. Stain it always. I should of listened before ✌🏼

✨ Life in March 🌸 SWIPE -> 🤍

• The light mornings started to hit ☀️
• Blue skies & Blossoms always welcome
• Time to pick up on dormant jobs - drainage complete
• Mothers Day faves ❤️
• Pinot on the pergola - in spring - YES 🥂
• Pretty skies on lighter evenings
• The constant dress ups 🤭
• Family days out are always best

Enjoy the Easter holidays, April tomorrow.
Stay away April showers ☔️☔️
