Our sunflowers are growing taller every day, our delicious strawberries are starting to appear, and we've spotted our carrots peeking through the soil! ๐Ÿฅ•๐ŸŒฑ Alongside this, our beautiful flowers are continuing to bloom and brighten up our outdoor space. ๐ŸŒธโœจ

It's so lovely to see our residents nurturing and watching the garden grow. Gardening provides a wonderful sense of achievement, encourages gentle activity, and brings so much joy as everyone sees the results of their hard work. There's something truly special about planting a seed and watching it flourish together. ๐Ÿ’š

Our units are taking part in the Bedford Care Home Individual Unit Garden Competition, and we can't wait to see the creativity, teamwork, and beautiful outdoor spaces they create.

๐Ÿ† The Best Unit will win a prize!

๐Ÿ“… Judging will take place on 31st July.

We would also like to welcome any donations of plants, flowers, garden ornaments, pots, seeds, compost, or gardening supplies to help our residents create wonderful garden spaces for everyone to enjoy. ๐ŸŒบ๐Ÿชด๐Ÿ’š
