It all started back in 2003, when my sister introduced me to her TM21—back when it wasn’t even dishwasher-safe! She later upgraded to the TM31, a

nd I remember joking that it looked like a “banana boat.” But then she showed me what it could do. She made a curry parsnip soup, and I was overwhelmed with amazement. It was because, I’ve always been nervous around sharp knives, yet it chopped parsnips in seconds and created a delicious, home-style soup in just 15 minutes. That moment completely changed my perspective. Not long after, I received a tax rebate and decided to invest in one myself. At the time, I was living in Sussex and starting a new chapter in my life. That decision led me to become a Thermomix advisor, and I never looked back—the demand was incredible. One of my highlights was attending a TM5 demonstration where James Martin was present. Even he was impressed and got one himself! I held off upgrading for a while, but when the latest model was launched last year, I fell in love all over again. The innovation, the simplicity, the results—it still feels like magic. And now, I’d love to share that magic with you.
