This beautiful armchair has undergone a complete bespoke upholstery transformation by the team at GF Sinclair Ltd.

From the original well-loved piece, through the careful restoration process, to the finished result sitting perfectly in its new home — every stage has been completed with expert craftsmanship and attention to detail.

We carefully stripped the chair back, rebuilt and restored the frame where needed, before upholstering it in stunning new fabric to give it a completely refreshed look while ensuring comfort and durability for years to come.

We’ve just started work on a beautiful armchair, giving it a full bespoke upholstery refresh. Each piece like this is carefully stripped back, assessed, and rebuilt with precision to ensure it not only looks stunning but stands the test of time.

This is where our craftsmanship really comes into its own taking something well-loved and transforming it with high-quality materials, expert fitting, and attention to every detail.

✨ Another specialist project completed by GF Sinclair Ltd ✨

We’ve recently been carrying out the finishing fitting on this large sofa at Glyndebourne, upholstered in beautiful Sanderson Amanpuri linen.

Due to the size of this piece, it was simply too large to bring into our workshop. Instead, we carefully cut out and machined everything in advance before bringing it to site for the final fitting and adjustments to ensure a perfect finish.

This is exactly the kind of bespoke work we specialise in.

We are proud to be one of the few upholstery companies with the experience and expertise to tackle complex loose cover projects of this scale and precision.
