Different Job to Painting a property,customer required a new summer house she had purchased a quarter of it being a small garden shed ,the other three-quarter being a knitting room, the Customer had never got on with water-based products so she asked me for an oil base product this is what we came up with, we had it mixed in a green the colour is called Bayleaf then I picked out the facial section on the front in a black as well as the under section around the shed , to give it a bit of character, Customer is very pleased with how it looked when we completed

Kitchen and We started on Monday completed today. Small repairs to the ceiling then finished in two coats of white Matt, Customer wanted a bit of advice and a colour change to the walls, we came up with a F&B colour mixed in a more suitable product to the colour of elephant breath, we applied two coats to the wall walls, then preparing all the woodwork we applied 1 primer undercoat, finished in a oil based eggshell white

Customer recently purchased this property, now they’re settled they are trying to put their MARK on it getting rid of all existing colours and paint WORK, I was asked to sort out any imperfections on the walls then turn it all back to a nice clean blank canvas , I applied two coats of white to the ceiling, 1 first coat to expose all the cracks and dents, then after filling and priming those areas we applied to further two coats in a durable white vinyl Matt paint

Rental property bringing back to scratch after a 20 year tenancy, newly fitted Kitchen utility corridor with storage downstairs W/C , all finished in three coats of white to the ceilings after repairs, two coats of magnolia after 1 first coat to neutralise the green, one primer undercoat then one gloss finish to all new woodwork throughout, now complete just the floor to go down, nice finish property ready for someone to move into…

This job we have just completed the corners had failed on this wooden Orangery that they had installed some years ago, We scraped back to dry and hard Wood, then applying a strong oil based primer, then applying numerous coats of Tupac filler to the joints then a further primer, then applying two coats of saddling super Dec to a finish

Now the weather has picked up starting to get some of our outside work completed, Customer asked if I could advise on having the property rendered, I recommended a guy who did a fantastic job, We then cleaned down all the existing facias and soffits wiping down all the old guttering, removing any mould and grime , we then applied a mistcoat with a stabilising solution, for the first coat then applied two more coats to completion picking out the facias border around the lower roof also a border at the bottom of the property in a Gray to match the windows. Customer was very pleased with the finished results.
