The library! What a fantastic room now!
Chimney breast removed all the way through the house. Walls insulated, boarded, and skimmed.
I was given a book and asked to create a feature wall of a bespoke fitted bookcase.
Water pipes altered for the radiator and new socket faceplates fitted.
All spotlessly clean at the end. 👌😎 We are booked to return and do the same in the lounge in a few months.

Well well well! And now for something completely different!
What a fun project this was I have just completed. Opening up the well that has been hidden for decades. Now it’s a fabulous water feature and superb water source for the garden in this dry weather. 😎

It’s going to be pretty hot today and so will this family when the weather changes 🔥 Another stove in ready for those chilly evening.

Look up 👆I’m pretty lucky in my work that I get to see some of the beautiful Victorian architecture that has to offer. We miss so much walking round, until we glance up and see what’s above the shopfronts etc.
some beautiful chimneys. This one was pulled up on a survey as requiring some TLC. Looks a lot tidier now and has some air flow through it. (Normally I would use lime mortar, however the whole house has been repointed in sand and cement so the home owner wanted it to match)
