I do often wonder if this is work or just ' horticultural indulgence'. Oxcombe is one of those hidden places that even locals sometimes ask me where it is. Well, it's nestled in the Lincolnshire Wolds, surrounded by rolling hills, thickets of beautiful trees and an abundance of nature.

It has the most beautiful little Church tucked away on site providing the perfect location for a intimate wedding with family and friends.

My role is to wander the garden and provided a few flowers and foliages for each wedding in the Church. What makes this truly special is that I get to pick from the gardens, choosing the seasonal delights from blousy Dahlias to rambling vines.

Working with the seasonal flowers on site provides an instant connection between the inside of the Church and the grounds beyond.

We welcome to the studio, another class today to welcome Autumn to their door with a beautiful wreath.

Yesterday, class saw attendees from Branston, Market Rasen, Leeds and Nottingham.

Ok, behind the scenes! Haha, I always feel old looking at videos of myself in my foraging state!! I'm always like one more coffee, and I'll go cut, then an hour later, I'm still avoiding it. When I finally make it outside, I love it! The scenery, fresh air, freedom, noises, colour's what a privilege to live my life like this. To know I'm cutting and preparing for a class that enables people to enjoy a couple of hours of creativity with me.

I'm now onto my wreath workshop design, again using everything seasonal, working with nature, and trusting the process the natural way.

This weekends wedding was white and green at beautiful calming colour scheme that works well at Scrivelsby Walled Garden.

The flowers used were a combination from my own garden and from my Dutch Wholesaler who is wonderful.

Fully wired ladies corsage for Saturdays wedding at Scrivelsby Walled Garden. Everything looked beautiful with the family dressing the venue whilst I focused on the bridal flowers.

I'm now deep into seed sowing for some beautiful wedding planned for next year.

Private Booking: Today we have a lovely booking for 4 friends to come and make an Autumn wreath. I'm looking forward to a relaxing morning.

I've even organised for a flypast 😃. I feel so lucky to see these planes in action outside the shop.
