For this job, we had to chop out a remove a large brick fireplace, creat the opening and fit concrete lintel, install 3 piece honed granite hearth and oak shelf. We installed customers chosen tiles in a brick effect pattern in the recess and we plastered the complete stretch of wall. As well as lining the chimney with a flexible liner ready to install the Hunter wood burning stove.

Here we removed a brick fireplace an installed a Riva 2 gas fire. We blocked up the existing opening, made good the plaster, as you can see, and installed skirting board to match existing.

Here we installed a lovely limestone surround, with granite hearth and back panel to house a logic balanced flue gas fire.

Here, we have installed a chesterfield gas stove with oak shelf and honed granite hearth. Chop out, rendered and plastered also.

Here we installed a logic he gas fire with honed granite infill slips to close the existing stone fireplace down, in preparation for the fire to be installed. The customer was very happy, as the alternative was potentially a complete fireplace alteration.

Here we chopped out the existing fireplace
and created a brick chamber to house a Sheraton 5 gas stove, before installing a limestone hearth, oak shelf, and rendering the recess and plastering the chimney breast. Existing flueway also needed to be lined with a flexible gas liner.
