✨ Full Kitchen Renovation.

What a transformation on this project! From a stripped-back shell to a stunning modern kitchen ready to enjoy.

For this installation, Focus Floors NI Ltd fitted Karndean Aviemore Oak flooring throughout the kitchen and conservatory area. To ensure a flawless finish, we first installed new plywood throughout the existing subfloor to create a smooth, solid base. The conservatory was then professionally prepared using a latex smoothing compound, providing the perfect foundation for the new floor covering.

The finished result complements the beautiful dark kitchen cabinetry perfectly, creating a warm, contemporary space that will stand the test of time.

A big thank you to Serenity Design NI for their outstanding work on this full kitchen renovation. Their attention to detail and design expertise really brought the whole project together.

A project completed by Focus Floors NI Ltd at the new training rooms within NWRC Limavady.

The works commenced with the uplift and removal of the existing floor coverings, followed by mechanical floor preparation to ensure a sound substrate. The subfloor was then primed and levelled using a high-performance latex smoothing compound, providing the ideal foundation for the new floor finish.

The installation was completed using Expona Commercial LVT Dryback, a durable and attractive flooring solution designed to withstand the demands of a busy educational environment while delivering a modern, professional appearance.

We are proud to have contributed to the creation of these new learning spaces and wish the pupils and staff every success in their new facilities.
