Minimum charge £35.00 for rooms under 10sqm

Minimum charge £60.00 inclusive of additional charge for Hall, Stairs, Landing under 10sqm

Laminates £7.50 per sqm - Minimum charge £90.00 for rooms under 12sqm

Minimum charge £75.00 for small halls, bathrooms, other small areas under 1

2sqm

Solid Wood £15.00 per sqm not glued/nailed

Solid Wood £20.00 per sqm glued/nailed + cost of adhesive

Vinyls £3.00 per sqm - Minimum charge £30.00 under 10sqm

Karndean £15.00 - £25.00 per sqm depending on design
