I absolutely love the ceiling patterns created by our new extension lighting. Beautiful rays of light shine through the fluted glass pendants, and literally cover the entire ceiling spaces. This gives such a lovely visual, as well as creating a delightful evening ambience 💡.

The first light is the 'Rhea Pendant Light' from John Lewis & Partners and they have featured my photos on their website. It is hanging above the dining table. Initially I wanted this to hang a little lower, closer to the table. After seeing the effect it created nearer to the ceiling however, we decided to take it higher 🌟.

The second lights are 'Endon Travi' from KES Lighting which we have hanging on the higher angled ceiling in the kitchen. I have been looking for something interesting to do with this particular area, but I think these do the trick on their own 🙌.

Do you buy real, or artificial plants? 🪴

Plants - real or not, are so uplifting when it comes to interiors. They are not just pleasing on the eye, but real plants can offer a multitude of health, mood and wellbeing benefits too 💚.

The green corner in our home is taking shape .
We have never been great at looking after indoor plants, so have usually opted for faux imitations in the past. My husband is now committed to keeping these real plants happy, so hopefully this new collection will thrive and flourish for years to come ☺️.

The plants are from various places.
The wood stand and many of the plant pots are from TK Maxx and Homesense 👍
