I’m so sorry, but unfortunately I’ve had to cancel my stall at Llandeilo Show today. 💔

I’m currently in hospital and, as much as I was looking forward to being there, it just isn’t possible for me today.

I’m also really sorry if I’ve missed any messages over the last few days, things have been a bit chaotic and I haven’t been keeping up with everything. Please don’t think I’ve ignored you. ❤️

Thank you so much to everyone who was planning on coming to see me and support The Soap Shack. I’m absolutely gutted to miss it, especially after all the preparation I’d been doing. 🥺

But I guess when I’m better, a Soap Shack game is definitely in order! 😂🧼 Because apparently spending weeks preparing for a show only to end up in hospital wasn’t quite dramatic enough. 🤣

Hopefully I’ll be back doing what I love very soon. 💕

Then the mixing bowl decides it's had enough of my nonsense and bites me...

I’M GOING TO BE AT LLANDEILO SHOW ON THE 15TH AUGUST! 🎉

Oh, and I have 14 DAYS to make an entire stall… 🙃
AND it’s the summer holidays… with three ferals running around. 😂

So will I be winging the entire thing in true Candy fashion? 100%. 🫣

But it’s fine… the products speak for themselves! 😂

☀️ WEEK TWO OF THE SUMMER HOLIDAYS ☀️

And I would just like to formally announce that I have absolutely no idea what day it is anymore.

The children have eaten everything in the house.

EVERYTHING.

I went shopping yesterday.

Yesterday.

There is now nothing left.

HOW?! 😭

The washing machine has been running continuously since approximately 1847. There are towels everywhere. Someone has lost a shoe. Someone else is crying because apparently their sibling looked at them wrong. One child is naked for reasons nobody can explain.

And I have heard the word MUM so many times that I am now considering changing my name.

I have reached the stage of summer holidays where I am hiding in the bathroom pretending to have a bowel movement just to get 4 minutes of peace. 🚽

Meanwhile, The Soap Shack is sitting quietly in the corner like:

🧼 "Would you like to make some soap?"

NO, SOAP SHACK.

I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE MYSELF INVISIBLE.

But alas… here we are. 😂

So if you’re also two weeks into the summer holidays and your house looks like a cross between a zoo, a laundrette and a hostage situation…

WELCOME. 🤣

At least we can all smell nice while we're slowly losing our minds. 🛁🧼

I’ve recently moved to a new area, so I’m on the hunt for some new retail outlets to stock my products and hopefully meet some new customers along the way ❤️
