Gabrielle's Gallery Art Gallery, Pottery Painting, Painting and Pottery classes and cafe. Popular with our visitors is the pottery painting that we offer.

Gabrielle's Gallery is easily accessed from the A486 main road between Llandysul and New Quay about a mile or so north of Ffostrasol. We have plenty of space and are blessed to have the old school playground for parking and four separate family tables outside for pottery painting, art classes and eating when the weather permits. Inside the main building is the art gallery packed with original pain

tings, ceramics, sculptures and crafts. There is also an art materials shop with all grades of paint, mediums and brushes available. Space for the shop is a bit limited so there is on a small but diverse selection of sketch books, canvases, canvas books and watercolour papers. Choose a ceramic item from over a hundred different designs and forty different glaze colour choices. Relax for an hour or so painting your choice and leave it to be glaze-fired in our kiln. Your pottery will be ready to collect in a few days.

It's not too late to paint yourself a ceramic Christmas tree!

Last day to be sure of getting it fired before Christmas is 13th December and ready to collect by the following Tuesday. Coloured inserts are supplied so that your tree will light up with colour when a light source is put inside - an LED string, a candle bulb or battery tealight is all it needs.

Painted pottery can make great handmade gifts for family and friends.
We have mugs, plates, ornaments or decorative pieces big enough for little one's hand or foot prints, we have hundreds of other items some small pieces from just £3 to choose from and you get to enjoy the process too. Just pay one studio fee of £7 and paint as many as you want.
Pottery painting is as much about the experience as it is about the final product. The studio here is a lovely creative space and you will find it's so relaxing, time just disappears whilst you are having fun creating your own designs or even copying designs found on YouTube or Pinterest

The new hanging walls in the Gallery which now has only my own work in it as the available plinth space is practically nothing since the Gallery has been halved to make the new framing room.

I've been very quiet at posting again, it's been busy here this spring with the gardening and our exciting new development as well as the lessons and pottery painting that is always happening. The Gallery has been halved to make more wall hanging space - paradoxical but true as the windows were huge and left not much wall in between.
In the space behind the gallery we now have a really clever picture framer working on site every Thursday and Friday. 🙂
Some of you may already have been using his services as he was working in New Quay. The shop there has been expanded now that his bench has gone and it is selling lots of various items including framed and unframed prints from my originals that can be seen here in the Gallery at Capel Cynon
