Ages since using this site, I am doing Craft for March to raise funds for MNDA (Motor neurone). So at extreme hardship will be in my craft room everday!
Plan to sell all my makes at the end of March and pass on the money to MND. Not asking for sponsership as you all know I don't need to be sponsored to sew.
Did a bit of hand sewing today, and have various items under construction photos to follow in a few days.

The quilting class I attend has set up a charity hugs is the name for our charity, we give out patchwork quilts mainly to any child in need of a hug be they poorly a refugee or just having a hard time.
Today we had a session photographing the made and finished quilts. Amazing
26 are already in the Ukraine they went out recently with a Dr visiting the country.
The photo shows all the finished ones then we have a few still in the making well over 💯 altogether.

For anybody wanting to help, my quilting group at Capel Dewi are making quilts for Ukraine children, we need children's duvet covers so we can back our quilts. If you have none a donation of any quilt wadding would be appreciated as it is expensive to make these quilts, so important for little ones to have something new and of comfort for their upturned lives.
Our machines are really busy, so far we have made 10, not a lot but a start.
The pink one has gone off for quilting the other 3 have been made this weekend, the piles of fabric are waiting to be cut ready for quilts.

It's that time of year where I cannot show all my makes as they are pressies for family.
Have not made bunting for over a year and had 2 orders in a week, both for little baby girls who both have names beginning with L.
The cushions are in huge demand almost done in my sleep.
How lucky am I to love all this sewing.
