Hi all, My friend's daughter is doing a psychology degree and is running a survey relating to the correlation of exercise and mental health.
In her teen years, she suffered terribly with her mental health (serious self harm among other issues), so this degree is very close to her heart. As a result of her mental health problems, and in order to protect it, she came off all social media. The impact of this is that she is struggling to get sufficient numbers to complete her survey (she has had 60 responses so far, and her course mates have around 170)
You don't have to do any form of exercise to complete the survey, and it takes around 5 minutes to complete. If you are willing to help out, she'd be very grateful. Also, feel free to share it far and wide (deadline 9th March). Thanks in advance for your help 🙏

A Hügelkultur raised bed is a centuries-old, traditional way of building a garden bed from rotten logs and plant debris. These mound shapes are created by heaping up woody material (that's ideally already partially rotten) topped with compost and soil.
