That's me now holding the reins 😅 as Liz has formally retired (although there's no escape really from my constant questions 😂)

I'm sure you'd all like to join me in wishing her a very happy and well deserved retirement.

Personally, I'd like to give Liz a massive shout out and say THANK YOU for everything she's done in the handover period. It has been amazing to learn from the best, and I'm excited to be the one looking after her legacy!

The business is very much running as normal and hopefully I've absorbed as much of the info as possible, but your patience is appreciated if I need to clarify anything with you.

I'm looking forward to meeting you all over the coming weeks and months.

Hi Everyone👋

I’m Neil, and I’ll be taking over The Rug Master from Liz on 1st August. Our handover is already underway, and there are no plans to change how the business operates.

With Liz’s guidance, I’m looking forward to continuing the high standard of work and attention to detail she has built the business on.

My wife Sam will be supporting me during busy periods, and her help will be invaluable. I look forward to meeting you — whether out on the road or at Bowhouse.

After 15 years of being ‘The Rug Master’, I have decided to look towards retiring (early obviously!)
So, would anybody like to take on a well-established, busy but super flexible, small business, washing and repairing horse rugs?
Could include: equipment, supplies, client list, mobile no, online presence, branding, handover (inc. sewing), vehicle, option to continue at current, custom built premises (KY5 0UN) - price will reflect. It can be mucky and heavy work, and being organised and practical would help.
