Installing these Northumberland Wicker Twist2Go roller blinds from might be one of the easiest DIY jobs we’ve done. I was keen for double blinds to max black out in the nursery. The natural looking of these rollers compliment the colour palette and do the job!

No drilling. No screws. No dust. Just twist, click and they’re up in minutes.

Perfect for Noa’s nursery while we’re slowly bringing the room together. It's taken longer than I thought to get things finished but we're getting there.

The reality of newborn life... slow days where the only walk I'm doing is in the garden.

Some days, the only place Noa wants to sleep is in the carrier, and I’ve learned to lean into it and I'm grateful
for the little things like our carrier that make these days manageable. These days won't be forever so enjoying every moment while they last ❤️

✨ 10-minute glow up ✨

One of the things I love about DIY is that it doesn’t always have to be a huge project and in my case whilst I'm in the trenches, I can't start my next project just yet!

With baby in the carrier and 10 minutes to spare, this little dressing table got the sweetest makeover using paint and sponge painters from

Sometimes it’s the little touches that make something feel completely new. 🤍 Thank you to for the Xmas gift last year 🥰

Sometimes it’s the smallest updates that make the biggest difference 🤍 Feel like there's so many ideas brewing for the house but the garden is prettiest place in the house so it's pretty easy to dress this up!

Adding a few outdoor cushions from instantly made this space feel warmer, more inviting and somewhere we’ll spend as much time as possible this summer.

Things I’d do again… panelling 🤍 We're just at the start of our house renovation having moved in 2 months ago and with two rooms almost finished, I've got the panelling itch.

If there’s one DIY project I’d recommend to anyone looking to transform a room, it’s this.

It completely changed the feel of the space, adding warmth, character and making the room feel so much more considered, without the cost of a full renovation.

It’s one of those projects that gives you the biggest impact for the effort, and I’d do it again in a heartbeat.

The kind of slow mornings we’ll always remember 🍎🤍

Making new habits with Nala that reminds you what home is really about.

We feel incredibly lucky to have inherited a garden full of fruit trees, and even more grateful that our girls get to grow up making memories like these. Now to decided on a crumble vs pie?

1 minute lighting hack every old house needs! Quick fix from which adds elegant accent lighting to any room. I also bought these cute lamp shades from . The only thing I'm missing is the rechargeable lights but we will get there soon enough. The ones I bought are too big!

Considering we just moved in and had a baby, renovating isn't high up on the agenda just yet. Lots of ideas are flowing and quotes being taken so we have to make to with what we have and create a homely vibe even with scratches and marks on the wall. This living room is the coolest room in the house and the room we spend the most time in so it's important it feels comfortable and cosy while we decide how this room is going to look!

Making a house a 🏠 home... Living room style up ✨ incoming! We've been moved in now for almost two months and having had Noa, we're easing our way in although I'm adamant to get things looking comfortable. Happy with our front room so far as we decide plans for here (more on that later!). It's going to take time to create what home is going to look like for now but we gotta enjoy the process. I'll be doing some room tours once I get round to it to let you know how we will be designing each of the rooms. We're still in the process of finishing the girls bedrooms and edging there slowly!

One of my favourite parts of our new home 💚🏡

I can’t take any credit for this beautiful garden. It was lovingly landscaped by the previous owners, and I feel incredibly lucky to be the next custodian of such a special space.

We’ll slowly make it our own over time, but for now, I’m simply grateful to enjoy it and all the moments we’ll create here as a family.

One of the simplest upgrades we’re making in this house.

Swapping standard white sockets and switches for antique brass is instantly elevating every room. It feels more considered and elevated. It’s a small detail, but one that makes such a difference to the finished look. Plus if there's a pet peeve I have, it's white socket. Two rooms down, another 10 to go!

Using antique brass throughout from 🤍 and will be using them for the remainder of the house as we renovate, one room at a time.
