Wellness Wednesday ☁️💤 | Hot nights = restless sleep? Let’s fix that.

If you’re still using your winter duvet, it’s time for a seasonal switch. Winter duvets have a much higher tog rating, meaning they’re thicker and warmer — great for cold weather, but not ideal for summer. Opt for a lighter duvet between 2–4.5 tog with natural fillings like silk, cotton, or high-down content to help regulate your temperature on warmer nights. 🌙✨

And while you’re at it, consider upgrading your bed linen. Polyester and other synthetic fabrics trap heat and resist moisture — not exactly summer-night-friendly. Instead, go for something breathable and cooling.🛏️
