MONDAY PROJECT SPOTLIGHT | BROOK PLACE, FRITTENDEN

Set against the open farmland of the Kent countryside, Brook Place brings together modern living, thoughtful design and a relaxed rural setting.

For this show home, we created a warm contemporary scheme with subtle Mid-Century influences. Rich navy cabinetry, warm oak, brushed brass and touches of ochre bring depth and character, balanced by soft neutrals, bouclé upholstery and layered natural textures.

Sculptural lighting, bold abstract artwork and carefully curated accessories introduce personality, while clean lines and organic forms keep the interiors feeling calm, cohesive and refined. The result is a welcoming family home that complements the development’s high-quality finishes and generous, light-filled spaces.

Every show home starts with a story.

For Benenden Meadows, the brief was to create a home that reflected its beautiful countryside setting while appealing to modern buyers. We wanted every room to feel warm, relaxed and inviting - without losing the clean lines and simplicity of contemporary design.

Our approach focused on three key principles:

🤍 A soft, timeless palette
Warm neutrals create a calm backdrop that allows buyers to imagine their own style within the space.

🌿 Natural textures
Layering wood, linen, woven accessories and greenery adds warmth and depth, making each room feel lived in rather than staged.

✨ Thoughtful styling
From lighting and artwork to cushions and accessories, every finishing touch is carefully considered to create balance and guide the eye naturally through the room.

At Benenden Meadows, our vision was to create a show home that captures the essence of modern country living—warm, welcoming and effortlessly elegant.

Inspired by the surrounding Kent countryside, we combined natural materials, soft neutral tones and tactile textures to create interiors that feel calm, lived-in and timeless. Contemporary furniture and refined styling bring a fresh perspective, ensuring each space feels both aspirational and practical for everyday life.

From layered textiles and warm timber finishes to carefully curated accessories, every detail was chosen to help buyers imagine themselves at home from the moment they walk through the door.
