What a year - 7 months of Bunhead, we only bloody made it. 30,000+ buns sold, 10s of thousands of people through those doors, almost ยฃ7k raised for people in Palestine, and the start of cook at home knafeh - what a f*kin RIDE. Honestly have just been in the weeds of it lately and itโs been a struggle to take a moment to peek my head above water to really take it all in. But I sit here after our biggest bake of the year, with so many familiar faces coming in for Bunhead Christmas treats - and Iโm just so proud of everything weโre building. To be a proudly Palestinian business means everything to me and to have so many people showing up for us is beyond anything I could have imagined. Iโve been thinking a lot about how Iโll look back on these years of my life. Theyโve been of the toughest, wildest most beautiful months of my life so far. Weโre creating a lil slice of magic, and itโs all thanks to YOU ๐
