I love it! Finally finished this quilt I started in March. My 4th quilt of the year-let's see how many more I can complete by the end of the year!

I love being able to make something that solves a problem. I've been knitting this week, following a pattern and I need to keep a pen handy.

I made this pen holder to attach to my chart keeper using leftover 10inch squares from my Mirage Tonals Flannel Soft pack

I'm not joking when I say I crochet everywhere! Working on my Sweetheart Cloakigan. Should be finished in time for Winter!

Sewing one handed is super hard but I wanted to show how handy it is to travel with a needle and thread.

Angel wings were fixed in a couple of minutes at the hotel and that was super satisfying. Sound on for ultra cuteness!

I want to work up some new project bag ideas, but it will have to wait whilst I whittle down my current WIPS/presents that I need to make first! Do you stock up in a sale, or just buy when you are ready to use it next?

I love a matchy matchy moment, and my latest WIP matches my new dress.

Technically the dress is also a WIP as it still needs hemming but that didn't stop me from wearing it to the theatre last week.

I finally saw Wicked and it was Wicked!!!

I miss summer already. I made this project bag to hold my next sewing project in. This is a great project for using up fat quarters and is my go to pallet cleanser project!

I love the instant gratification of a made in one day project!

One of my favourite staple yarns is Brava Worsted so of course I had to talk some with me on a recent trip!

I love travelling but I don't love flying - I always catch a cold from being on a plane but exploring a new place is one of my favourite things to do!

Do you have anything you do to make flying more enjoyable?

My daughter helped me fix the hole in my new project bag. I clipped it together but she did the sewing herself!

The older I get, the more I appreciate being able to mend rather than throwing things away, so we are trying to teach our children whilst they are young how to fix things.

Thread: Essential Thread in Parchment is my go to - the perfect neutral colour!
