3 tbsp cacao powder
1 tsp vanilla
2-3 tbsp maple syrup (optional)

Caramel:
8 medjool dates
1/4 cup peanut butter powder
Pinch of salt
Water as needed
Melted vegan dark chocolate (optional)

Ingredients:

πŸ₯¦ Half a cauliflower
🫘 1 tin chickpeas
🌾 1/2 cup oats
🍫 2 tbsp cocoa powder
🍌 1 banana
🫐 2-3 dates
🧁 1 tsp vanilla
πŸ§‚ Pinch of salt
πŸ₯› Splash of soy milk
🍫 Dark chocolate (for topping)

Method:

1. Steam the cauliflower until soft. Chuck it in a blender with chickpeas, oats, cocoa powder, banana, dates, vanilla, salt, and soy milk. Blend until smooth.
2. Pour into a bowl or wine glass
3. Melt some dark chocolate and drizzle on top. Let it set.

Ingredients:
1 box of silken tofu
2 cloves of garlic
1/3 cup soy milk
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp tapioca starch
1 tbsp kappa carrageenan (to firm into balls)
Tomato
Basil
Blend all mozzarella ingredients until smooth. Heat low and slow in a pot, making sure to keep stirring until it comes together and becomes stretchy.
Put 1/4 cup onto some cling film and twist to make a ball shape. Place in ice cold water for 20mins until completely cooled.
Serve with tomato and basil to make your low fat Caprese salad for maximum weight loss.
