Bespoke framing deadline in time for Christmas has now passed, but we can offer gift cards for any amount! Giving unframed artwork as a gift at Christmas is simply giving someone a bill for framing, and yes, they could spend £7 for a frame in Ikea, but is that what your artwork deserves?

Bring your artwork in today (30th Nov)before 5pm for bespoke framing before Christmas, or buy new artwork tomorrow (1st Dec) at the and still have it framed before Christmas! From next week, new artwork coming in we will be framing for Christmas on a best-efforts basis. We gift vouchers for sale too, so if you run out of time for framing, just buy the artwork, then a voucher from us!

With John Jones closed, you can rely on us to replicate their previous orders. Maybe you have a series of works you need to repeat an order for your buyer. Or maybe your interior design needs to be consistent as you add to your art collection. You may just need the same quality and attention to detail you became accustomed to.

One of the frames in this image is a John Jones frame from 2018. The other is a Frame Factory frame made just last week!! Keep scrolling through the images to discover which is which. (Clue: I would never allow a frame to go out with a white piece of fabric loose inside the frame and an awkwardly stretched corner!) they are hard to tell apart because we arranged for the profile to be custom milled in the same wood, the museum grade mat board is the same brand JJ used, as is the UV filtering abrasion resistant acrylic glazing. The stain for the solid walnut wood profile was custom mixed by our finishing specialist by eye - that’s what you can achieve with artists and artisans as part of your team! @ Frame Factory London

This is a very long silk scarf. The tassels were a challenge as it’s important they look as though they are falling naturally, but we need to avoid the risk they catch onto each other in transit...so we stitched each tassel! It’s painstaking work, but the result is a framed, but natural looking fabric. The frame has a gentle rounded outside edge and has been hand-finished with stains and waxed to the customers specification. Hand-finished wood frames are our speciality.

We recently did some framing for one of our favourite artists She is so favourite, we accepted some work in exchange for framing. It’s only the third time in 3 years we’ve done this....but in a couple of decades from now we’ll have a beautiful and substantial collection. This fantastic work by the super talented ceramicist and painter was framed for her buyer, but to Lucia’s specification. It’s always a good idea to follow the framing recommendations of the artist - particularly if the artist is This work is in a deep white box frame glazed with UV protective glass. The artwork has been laid onto an acid-free white card with matching spacer fillets to hold the glass away from the artwork. Always a pleasure. @ Frame Factory London

When this piece by came into the workshop for framing we were super excited. Our customer was framing it as a gift and the paint was only just touch-dry - straight from the artist’s studio. The choice of anti-reflective glass really allows you to see the texture of the paint, every brush stroke, and even how the artist secured the paper when working on it. A simple cold brown box frame with the paper laid onto an acid free backing card sets the piece of perfectly. @ Frame Factory London
