The “How Do You Feel?” Tree The Movement Studio
Our "How Do You Feel?" Tree is a simple but powerful way to help you become aware of your emotional journey throughout the session.
Before the workshop begins, we invite you to pause for a moment and reflect on how you are feeling right now. You write your emotion, thought, or state of mind on one coloured leaf and place it on the tree.
This creates a snapshot of your emotional landscape as you arrive. After the sound bath, you are invited to check in with yourself again and write how you feel on a different coloured leaf. By placing this second leaf on the tree, you can visually compare your emotions before and after the experience.
The beauty of the tree is that it allows you to:
Develop self-awareness by taking time to recognise and name your feelings.
Observe change by seeing how your emotional state may have shifted during the session.
Celebrate progress by recognising moments of relaxation, release, clarity, calm, or renewed energy.
Reflect on your personal journey without judgment, understanding that every experience is unique. See the collective impact of the session as the tree fills with the shared experiences of everyone in the room.
