This Sunday, 16th August:

Crafty Fox Market | Est. 2010
National Theatre

Catch me amongst all the goodies & treasures on Southbank this weekend - the National Theatre are hosting a prop sale (run, don't walk!), some of your all time favourite Crafty Fox makers AND some brand-spanking-new makers as part of their Step Up programme for 2026.

Alongside plenty of my tableware seconds, I will be digging through my own archives to bring out some long-hidden sample pieces, as well as some last of their kind one-offs.

I don't ever sell my seconds online, so be there or be square! ♡

Golden hour sunlight will always stop me in my tracks... a fleeting but magical part of the day, crunching across the parched common in search of a good stick for Weasel.

Despite the stubbled straw (formerly known as grass) after what feels like 500 days of summer.... big tall queen Anne's lace has grown feistily upwards, creating a literal sea of almost-too-heavy, undulating seed heads. Usually there are flowers galore, but asides from one little smattering of lilac scabious, only the hardiest plants are still alive. The trees are stressed, dropping leaves and creating a false autumn before I've even had one single tomato ripen in my garden. Europe is on fire; I'm grateful for my scruffy, noisy, dirty little patch of East London to lollop around in with Weasel, waiting for the sun to retreat.

Swipe for a slice of thirst-quenching forest: Almost a month ago already, but the restorative calm of two weeks in nature (thank you Dartmoor NP and Porthleven) is fueling me through these wretchedly hot days, baking under London red brick & a distinct lack of cooling forest trundles.

Grateful for what we have, quietly hopeful for rain & a few days cool enough to fire the kilns.

Super excited for my next four events - moving around a lot & getting out of London too - I'm looking forwards to the food stalls, sunshine, music and of course.... people! [And dogs, probably number 1 is dogs. Ahem.]

Goose Green is free to enter, but the rest are ticketed entry - individual events are tagged above, you'll find links on their profile pages to event info and ticket purchasing. You'll also find this information on my website, under 'upcoming events'.

I have a handful of complementary tickets for Handmade Oxford so feel free to drop me a DM if you'd like one.

Big love & hope to see some of you outside enjoying the fairs too!

Brand new ceramic book necklaces will be coming with me to tomorrow [Sunday 10th May] with the fantastic - I am super excited to be trading inside such an important building, I think the last time I visited was to view a book that was almost as big as me [Vesalius' illustrated medical anatomy, 'De Corporis Humani Fabrica', still can't believe I was allowed to open and read it... Phwoar!]

So happy with how these tiny hardbacks have come out of the kiln - marbled clay scraps, tiny letter stamps & finished in mother of pearl. ♡

Somewhere, my old GCSE English teacher will be wheezing with laughter that all these years after proclaiming that I hate Shakespeare, I would intentionally create some pieces with quotes from Hamlet on them. It was a slow burner, ok..!

P.s. hope everyone remembered to vote in local elections today, especially those of us with b***s 'n flaps.

Dates for your diaries! Lots more exciting venues to announce shortly - you can always find an up-to-date list for the year on my website, too.

Very excited for the year ahead as I'm headed to a few new locations - June will be taking me across the country more than once - I best get busy making.

New for spring: pastel espresso cups. Part of my 'ink spatter porcelain' range, lined with bold pops of silky satin glazes [mint, lilac, teal, cobalt & onyx black], each holds a double espresso inside its delicate form and is finished with a hand-carved handle notched for good grip.

No slippery gloss handles over here, or uncomfortably heavy mugs that cut in to your fingers or burn your knuckles in use! No thanks.

Online orders will open tonight - watch this space for additional new goodies, juicy offers & exciting news to share. Big love!

How beautiful does this latte look?!

Having customers who appreciate what I make is one thing; those that have been sweet enough to send me delicious photos of what they're serving in them are a whole other level. Top tier! Big love, and thanks for making me jealous.

[BRB off to grind some beans]

My porcelain pieces are currently 𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 limited [due to redevelopment of my slip recipe]. What I have left in stock can be found at Leadenhall Market or purchased directly from me - email [email protected] for enquiries.

Thanks Vlad for the caffeinated art!
