In recent years, my work has evolved. My projects have become as much about shaping mood, behaviour and experience as they are about aesthetics.

Increasingly, organisations have invited me to explore their purpose, values and identity alongside their physical spaces — recognising the importance of design as a reflection of culture.

This thinking has culminated in Charlotte Mensah: Community Matters (CM:CM) — a three-day exhibition, talks programme and workshop series celebrating the remarkable 40-year career of : award-winning hairstylist, entrepreneur, mentor and cultural pioneer.

I've been collaborating with , , and to shape an experience that explores Charlotte’s creative legacy and entrepreneurial impact, while opening a wider dialogue around identity, beauty, heritage and community.
