Out to Tender this part single, part 2 storey extension in Blackheath/Lee Green borders.

This mid century house will be completely transformed with a new large open plan kitchen dining space that opens up to the tiered, secluded garden.

The upper floor will be remodelled to create an additional principal bedroom with dressing room and ensuite.

Picture Gallery Red and Red Earth were the front runners after testing out the options (first 2 pics). We then had to resort to the old fashioned way of tester pots and checking the colours in reality against the brickwork, stained glass and natural light.

So great how you can easily generate these images to ponder ideas rather than spending hours on photoshop or a lot of money on tester pots.

Here are some of the colours we were looking at for the front door in the previous post…thanks to AI we could test these out prior to picking up a paintbrush. Take a look at the next post and let me know what colour you would have chosen!

120 year old Edwardian door beautifully restored!

The stained glass was taken away to be cleaned, repaired and re-leaded and it now looks as good as new.
