✨ A day in the life at Mission Kitchen! ✨

So much incredible food and hard work happening under one roof – here’s what everyone’s been up to today:

🍆 Miso Glazed Aubergine is being prepared by an experienced chef (10 years in the game!) for a 100-person wedding this Friday. This flavour-packed dish will be the main vegetarian option – and we have a feeling guests are going to love it! They’ve been part of the Mission Kitchen community for around a year now.

🍕 Deep Dish Pizza. Inspired by a disappointing trip to Chicago years ago – this cook decided they could do better, and boy did they! Rich, sauce-based and totally different from the overly cheesy version they tried back then. Available to buy via Instagram to cook fresh at home – and this tasty venture is only 7 weeks old! 🚀

🍣 Menu Development in action. The team from Actually Good are working closely with client Elliot to craft the menu for brand-new restaurant Miaru. Today’s testing focused on different rice varieties, seaweed and hand rolls – testing, tasting and perfecting every detail!
