Project Brief: Ana and Paul wanted a home that felt more open, connected, and welcoming. Their vision was to create a homely space that integrated the kitchen, dining, and garden areas while staying true to the character of their West Norwood property👨‍🎨

They also wished to refresh their first-floor bathroom, bringing the same sense of warmth and comfort upstairs that they envisioned for the new extension🏡✨

Project Brief: This Hampstead project involved the complete transformation of a traditional family home into a space designed for modern living. The clients wanted more than additional square footage, they wanted a house that felt calmer, more practical, and better connected to the way their family actually lives day to day😌

The scope included a rear extension, loft conversion, home gym, and a full internal refurbishment across the entire property. Alongside creating larger communal spaces, the brief also focused heavily on functionality: better storage, more natural light, dedicated work space, a walk-in wardrobe and carefully planned private areas for both adults and children 🏡

Project Brief: Our clients on Orbain Road in Fulham wanted to improve both the functionality and feel of their home. The existing ground floor layout no longer suited family life, and the house felt darker and more compartmentalised than they wanted✨

The brief included a side extension, a full internal refurbishment, and a first-floor bathroom upgrade. The aim was to create a more open kitchen and living area while still retaining a separate, more intimate family space within the home.

💰Budget: ~£100K

Project Brief: Chris and his family wanted to create a larger, more functional kitchen and dining area that suited modern family life. The existing kitchen felt narrow and dark, making everyday use difficult and cutting the space off from the rest of the ground floor✨

The goal was to design a layout that felt open, bright, and connected to the garden, while remaining in harmony with the character of their semi-detached home 🏡

💰Budget: ~£80K

Their priority was a spacious new master bedroom with an ensuite, while still maintaining practical storage and a sense of openness throughout the loft.

The project also included converting an existing study into a new family bathroom on the first floor, helping the home function more comfortably for everyday family life.

A smooth build is rarely down to luck. It comes from the design, technical details, costs and construction being developed as one clear plan, not passed between disconnected teams.

For a major renovation, who is responsible for carrying your project all the way through? 🏡

Not every original feature needs to stay, and not every one should go. 🏡

The right decision comes down to the structure, the layout and how you want the home to work for you. 📐

Would you keep the fireplace or take the extra space? 🤔

Outgrown your house, but not the life you’ve built around it? 🏡 It might be time to see what your current home could become.

Project Brief: Our clients in New Malden wanted to adapt their home to better support the needs of their growing family. The project centred around creating a spacious new loft bedroom with an ensuite, while also improving how the rest of the house functioned day to day✨

Alongside the loft conversion, the ground floor was reconfigured into an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space. The works also included a utility room, a new first-floor bathroom, and a full redesign of the staircase leading up to the loft 🏠

As both clients regularly worked from home, natural light and flexibility within the layout became an important part of the brief.
