over 200 shades and offering its bespoke colour-matching service, Mylands has, over six generations, crafted its wares with quality, versatility and depth at their heart. Long-lasting and tactile, Mylands’ products transform spaces, enhancing every mood and style. Mylands have worked tirelessly to create paint with superior performance which doesn’t cost (or damage) the earth. Mylands paints are water based with a low VOC content, making them virtually solvent free and therefore kind to you, your family and the environment both during and after application. Mylands’ paints have been awarded the A+ rating for French Interior VOC testing, the best rating possible. Formulated to achieve easy application, Mylands paints and are almost odourless with quick drying times and are easy to wipe clean. Mylands are one of the last remaining manufacturers to still use natural earth pigments in our paint which makes them sumptuously deep and colour rich as well as eco-friendly. Mylands is pleased to be part of ‘Design for Diversity’, a nationwide campaign to promote inclusivity and diversity, and to improve representation, within the interiors industry.

A look back behind the scenes at Dulwich Picture Gallery.

Before Portrait of a City: A Century of American Photography opened its doors, the team at McBrown Ltd Building & Decorating Services were hard at work applying Mylands paint to prepare the Gallery’s spaces for the exhibition.

We’ve proudly worked with Dulwich Picture Gallery for over 10 years, helping to maintain and refresh this remarkable South London landmark using our Marble Matt Emulsion. It’s always a privilege to play a small part in creating the perfect backdrop for world-class art.

A huge thank you to the talented team at McBrown Ltd for their expert craftsmanship, and to Dulwich Picture Gallery for continuing to trust Mylands throughout the years.
