The bread my kids ask for on repeat 💙

Same-day pesto focaccia — soft inside, golden and crispy outside, and genuinely foolproof even if you've never made bread before 🫒

Ingredients:
500g bread flour
400g water
1 sachet instant yeast
1 tsp sugar or liquid sweetener (I used maple syrup 🍁)
10g salt
1 tbsp olive oil — plus lots more for the tray 🫒
Pesto — as much as you like 🌿

I started this account for a reason 🤍

When I became a mum, I started paying much more attention to what we eat and how food affects our bodies. As a family, we decided to make changes to the way we eat and focus more on wholesome, nourishing meals.

At first, I honestly felt limited. I kept cooking the same meals over and over again because I didn’t know what else to make that was both nutritious and enjoyable for the whole family.

But over time, I discovered new flavours, experimented a lot in the kitchen, and found ways to make healthy meals feel comforting, exciting and satisfying — so my children never felt like they were missing out.

That’s why I created this page. To share real meals for real families using everyday, affordable ingredients — from breakfasts to dinners and desserts — so you can make wholesome food without the stress or overwhelm 🤍

Αυτές τις μέρες που έχει τόση ζεστή το μόνο που θέλω να τρώω είναι δροσιστικες σαλάτες 🥗

Και ποιος είπε ότι δεν μπορούν να γίνουν νόστιμες και θρεπτικές και πάνω από όλα να σε κρατάνε χορτάτο για αρκετή ώρα χωρίς περιττές θερμίδες?

Αυτή είναι η δικιά μου παραλλαγή της σαλάτας του Καίσαρα με ένα διαφορετικό ντρεσινγκ χωρίς μαγιονέζα, με ρεβύθια με γεύση μπέικον και πολλά λαχανικά🌱
