Some gifts get a thank-you. Others get invited to every dinner party.

For the friend who always hosts.
The cook whose recipes you keep asking for.
The one who makes an occasion out of an ordinary Tuesday.

This Christmas, choose copper pieces that become part of their story: a bottle for daily rituals, a casserole for shared meals, a ch*****ne bucket for the moments worth celebrating.

Beautiful to give. Made to be used, loved and kept.

Buy yourself flowers. Give them somewhere gorgeous to live.

Our hammered copper pitcher turns even a few simple stems into the reason someone asks, “Where did you get that?”

Style it on your dining table, brighten a forgotten corner, or gift it to the friend who always brings you flowers.

We all want a future without single-use plastic, but sometimes convenience catches us out.

A little forethought can help us use less, though being prepared all the time isn’t always easy. That’s why we’re starting small, with one everyday change we can keep coming back to.

One change. One month. A habit to carry forward.

Join us: fill your reusable water bottle before you leave home and take it with you every day this month. A simple step towards less single-use plastic, one refill at a time.

Some guests make you bring out the good plates, light the candles and fuss over the flowers.

A little copper, a little candlelight and a table that says: we’re so glad you’re here.

Mantı is tiny Turkish dumplings filled with seasoned meat which is one of those foods that instantly takes me back to childhood.

So when it came time to send my eldest son off to university, there was one thing I had to make before he left: homemade mantı. Because when your child is leaving home, you want to send a little piece of it with them.

Something familiar. Something made by hand. Something that, wherever he is, can taste and feel like home.

Some recipes are more than recipes. They’re memories you keep making.

And because every Turkish kitchen needs measuring cups… obviously ours had to be copper.
