What a way to start the new month!

A double with these two beautiful Victorian fireplaces, one in slate and one in marble. The tiled inserts have been swapped around for a slightly different look on each.

Part 2 of our Victorian fireplace removal over in SE6.

After removing the first fireplace yesterday, today we took out the final two, another beautiful Rouge marble and a Victorian combination.

That’s all three safely removed and ready for restoration. More to come!

In for restoration (AGAIN!) 😂

This arched insert was apparently ‘professionally’ restored and fitted by one of our competitors… but it looks like we’ve got some more work to do!

The client got in touch from Forest Gate and asked us to put things right, so we’re giving this cast iron insert the proper restoration it deserves.

A little restoration project 👀

This slate surround has just come out of the wall and needs a bit of work before it goes back in. We’ll clean it up, repair any damage and carefully refinish it, bringing it back to life.
