For us, great floral design is never just about the flowers. It’s about considering the entire space β€” colour, proportion, texture, height, lighting and how every individual element connects.

A beautifully layered concept where every detail had its place.

Rather than interpreting the theme too literally, we built the design around layers of rich chocolate tones, sculptural florals, texture and candlelight.

The deeper backdrop gave us the perfect contrast for generous clouds of white florals, allowing every stem to stand out while still keeping the overall design soft and romantic. Silver details introduced a cooler element, balancing the warmth of the chocolate palette, while candlelight brought movement and intimacy to the tables.

A little full-circle moment .

This year, I’ve been invited to join the judging panel for The Wedding Industry Awards β€” TWIA.

This means so much to me. I’ve entered the awards myself over the years, becoming a three-time Regional Winner and receiving Highly Commended at the National Awards.
TWIA has been such a meaningful part of my journey in the wedding industry, so to now be on the other side, judging and celebrating the incredible talent within our industry, feels incredibly special.

Very proud and very grateful to be a TWIA judge this year.

This was a special wedding. So, so special!

Wedding planner Susannah (London Wedding Planner | Susannah ) shared the couple’s inspiration with me, we had a sample meeting to refine the direction, and from there, I was given a lot of creative freedom.

I’m not saying every planner or couple should hand over complete creative control β€” but when there is trust, it truly works.

Over the years, we’ve built a large collection of props, candle holders, tea lights and carefully sourced details, alongside the experience of knowing what works within each space. Sometimes allowing us the freedom to choose those final details is what brings the whole design together.

From working alongside Bethany on so many beautiful weddings to being asked to be part of her own β€” this one felt incredibly special.

With her exceptional eye for detail and background in wedding styling, I knew her multi-day wedding celebrations would be nothing short of extraordinary.

We began with an intimate pre-wedding dinner at a cosy Italian trattoria. Generous white florals, clouds of hydrangeas studded with pure white Playa Blanca roses, and layers of candlelight. Silver accents from our signature prop collection brought the entire tablescape together.
An intimate setting, thoughtful details and effortless elegance.

A beautiful outdoor ceremony at Ashridge House, framed with abundant summer florals in soft whites, blush, peach and vibrant pinks.

Months of conversations, sketches, flower choices and preparation β€” all coming together for a moment like this. The floral pillars, statement urns and meadow-style aisle flowers were designed to feel completely at home against the incredible architecture of Ashridge House.

It’s all in the details

Yesterday’s beautiful B&S wedding at Somerley House, where every element was considered to create a warm, layered and elegant setting.

Seasonal fruits nestled amongst the tablescape, gold-dipped candlesticks glowing throughout the room, and individually crafted floral centrepieces in rich berry, blush and soft pink tones.

Because great dΓ©cor isn’t always about adding more β€” it’s about bringing together the right details, textures and colours to make the entire room feel special.

We wanted the flowers to feel as though they truly belonged within this incredible historic space β€” generous and romantic, while still allowing the architecture of the chapel to shine.

One of those ceremonies that felt completely timeless.
