Just a little update ahead of our Warehouse Clearance next week!

We’ve had so many lovely messages from you all and we’re incredibly grateful for the interest and excitement surrounding the sale. As a small family run business, we really hadn’t expected quite this response!

We’ve put together a little note to answer some of your questions and share a few important details before we open our doors on Tuesday 3rd November. Please do have a read and swipe through before visiting.

Our Library Chair, one of our absolute favourites to make! There’s something about its proportions that makes it feel so cosy. It’s the perfect size, wonderfully comfortable and we especially love its bamboo leg detailing.

Here it is in a beautiful Penny Morrison Ltd stripe, followed by Sibyl Colefax & John Fowler Squiggle fabric. We love how a change of fabric can give the same chair a completely different feel!

Our final week at The Recoire Rooms!

A huge thank you to everyone who’s come by and made the space feel so special. If you haven’t visited yet, we’re here until 14th October at 594 King’s Road.

For these final few days, we’re also selling a selection of our ex-display pieces, with reductions beyond what we would usually offer. We’ll have loads available, including new pieces from the collection such as the Lu Whatnot Side Table, designed with Rosanna Bossom, and our new Francis Armchair.

There’s so much in store. Come by, have a look and explore.

Such a joy to see our Francis Sofa in The Telegraph yesterday, at home in this beautiful project by Anouska Tamony.

The Francis has become a bit of a Recoire classic, generous, wonderfully comfortable and with those soft curves that seem to sit happily in all sorts of rooms.

Made by hand in our London workshop and made to order.

A few Library Chairs from over the years…

We’ve made quite a few versions of this one, and it’s always lovely seeing how different she feels in each fabric and setting.

At the moment, this pair have found their home in The Recoire Rooms, alongside lots of other pieces from the collection.

Come into the Drawing Room…

For years, people have asked us where they can come and actually try our furniture. The Recoire Rooms is our first physical space where you can do exactly that, sit on everything, have a proper look around and see our pieces as they’re meant to be seen, in a room rather than on a screen.

We’re open this weekend from 10am–4pm, so come in, have a wander and stay for a while.

Everything you see is available to purchase, with a much quicker turnaround than our usual made-to-order pieces.

The smaller sister to our much loved Francis Sofa. Same sweeping curves and sink-in comfort, just brought down to armchair proportions.

Made by hand in our London workshop and, after making her debut at The Recoire Rooms, she’s now ready for you to come and try for yourself.
