We have been working alongside , helping to design and deliver this contemporary garden studio in Maida Vale, London.

While the planning process presented a number of challenges, persistence paid off and permission was ultimately secured on appeal.

Seeing the studio take shape has been incredibly rewarding, and with completion now in sight, we can’t wait to share the finished result.

Detail design drawings for the new timber-framed extension at Combe House, near Basingstoke, Hampshire. 
 
Replacing a cold and damp side extension, the new contemporary addition will provide a light-filled dining and seating space, featuring exposed timber structure and generous glazing. A glazed link will connect the extension to the extensively remodelled country house.
 
Planning consent was secured in Q4 last year, with works expected to commence on site later this year.

Aveley Lane, site update.
 
We visited site this week and are very pleased to see the main construction almost completed.
 
The windows are due to be installed by the end of the month, and internally we are looking forward to seeing the plastering commence next.
 
Our design transforms an existing bungalow through carefully considered extension, remodelling and sustainable upgrade, delivering a beautifully contemporary four- bedroom family home.

We have secured planning for a new pool house in the gardens of a large family home located in Virginia Water, Surrey.
 
The new contemporary structure creates an independent building to enhance the swimming pool area. The building is designed to offer a flexible entertaining space, a fitness area, changing facilities, and practical storage.  
 
We are currently working on the detailed design, whilst the landscapers are busy creating the new pool (swipe right to see those). Construction for the pool house is due to start in quarter three.

The project converts an existing bungalow through extension, remodelling, and sustainable upgrades to deliver a four- bedroom family home.
 
A new roof form, informed by Surrey Arts & Crafts precedents, accommodates all bedrooms within the roof volume, enabling the ground floor to be opened up, creating a generous kitchen and living space connected directly to the garden.

Concept designs from a competition we entered late last year.

The brief explored extending a Listed building with a contemporary intervention to create a spacious, open-plan kitchen and dining area.

The design proposes a lightly-touching glazed structure, opening the interior to the garden. A double-height space brings light, openness, and a quiet sense of drama.
