“The Resident amenity is multifunctional with an open plan area for residents to meet up, relax and work. Private desk areas offer the privacy needed whilst the open desk and seating provides opportunity to collaborate and connect within the community whilst grabbing a drink at the refreshments station. The private cinema is the perfect addition to the space, large enough to hosts family and friends or to attend a event with other residents. All areas have been designed to work together whilst highlighting the different zones incorporated within the whole space.”
