Designed exclusively for Hotel Xcaret México II.

For this project, Hayche developed two bespoke dining chairs: Silla El and Silla Ella.

Male and female counterparts designed to complement one another while expressing their own distinct character.

Crafted in Tzalam solid wood. Cord in pink and blue that “stitch” through the solid wood structure of the backrests. And on Silla Ella's seat pad, two laser-engraved flowers from the hotel's own logo.

Built from scratch, 1,720 units, exclusively for them. That is what our YOP service, Your Own Product, is about.

A project built on real collaboration, real craft, and the kind of detail that guests will feel before they ever notice it.

We are delighted to reintroduce the Loom Collection, launched originally in 2014, and inspired by the traditional wooden looms of Oaxaca in Mexico. The collection reinterprets the logic of the simple loom beams and the journey of each thread, playing with the idea of independent threads coming together to create a flat, woven surface. The woven areas use strong polyester woven cord, which offers infinite possibilities, as the threads can be specified in different colours.

The collection includes two different dining chairs and one bar stool. Each one of them comes in two finishes, natural oak with black cord and black stained oak with black cord.

The frame is made of solid oak and is sanded and finished by hand, a process that takes around a day for two people. Because of the combination of materials, the Loom Collection remains surprisingly light and portable, yet still highly resistant.

Though the genesis of the collection is Mexican, the collection has clean lines and simple shapes that aim at a timeless beauty.

We were delighted to assist The Furniture Practice in a recently completed project envisioned by Perkins + Will for the headquarters of Cognizant in London () . We were required to assist with a bespoke version of our WW bar stools, in a color scheme that matched the overall interior design concept. The product was crafted in natural oak, with the wooden backrest stained in green color and metal backrest in yellow color.
