We are looking for a temporary retail assistant (Seasonal) to work at our shop in South Kensington, London.
Duration: Immediate start until Christmas
Hours: Part-time including weekends

We are a vibrant, busy card and gift shop dedicated to helping our customers celebrate life's special moments. As the festive season approaches, our shop transforms into a bustling Christmas hub. We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our friendly team and help us deliver holiday cheer.
The Role:
You will be the face of our shop during our busiest time of the year. From helping customers find the perfect Christmas card to keeping shelves beautifully stocked, your energy will keep our shop floor running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greeting and assisting customers with a warm, friendly attitude.
• Operating the till and handling cash and card transactions accurately.
• Unpacking stock, pricing items, and processing deliveries.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and organised shop floor and staff area.
What We Are Looking For:
• Exceptional interpersonal skills: You genuinely love talking to people and providing great service.
• A true team player: You are flexible, reliable, and willing to take on anything needed to support the shop.
• Retail experience is desirable: Previous experience in a shop or customer-facing role is a plus, but a positive attitude is most important.
• Festive stamina: Ability to stay upbeat and active during peak Christmas shopping hours
