Key Responsibilities:
✅ Collaborate closely with architects and design teams to develop detailed technical drawings and specifications.
✅ Oversee the preparation and coordination of construction documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project timelines.
✅ Conduct thorough reviews of design proposals, identifying potential challenges and providing creative solutions.
✅ Utilize industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) to create precise architectural plans and elevations.
✅ Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
Qualifications:
🔹 Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
🔹 Proven experience as a Technical Designer in the architectural industry - 5 - 10 years professional experience
🔹 Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
🔹 Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
🔹 Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
🔹 Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
