Who Are We?

We’re more than architects — we’re a collective of design-focused creatives who love to imagine, craft, and shape spaces that matter. As founders, designers, and makers, our passion lies in creating environments that go beyond aesthetics — places where memories with family and friends unfold, and where life and experiences happen.

For us, architecture is not just about buildings; it’s about connection, emotion, and the joy of living well in the world around us.

Two bathrooms, one bold vision. Saffron zellige glowing like burnished gold, cobalt blue so deep you could dive in. Every tile handmade, every finish considered. This is the kind of detail that turns a bathroom into a room you never want to leave.

Colour drenched.

Natural lime rendered stone walls colour drenched in red clay tone. Large metal framed doors open the room out to the terrace, creating a sheltered health suite. A place to relax, re-energise and re-invigorate.

Rooted in the hillside. Reaching for the view.

The garden elevation tells the full story of this house. At ground level, a lower ground floor carved into the slope; pool, gym and spa tucked quietly into the earth, its recess clad in Corten steel that oxidises and shifts with the seasons, becoming part of the hillside itself.

Above, two floors of living and sleeping rise up in glass and timber, framing the Devon countryside behind and the dunes ahead. Terraced gardens of wildflowers and grasses spill down the slope, and at the heart of it all; a sunken fire pit, wrapped in local stone, for the evenings when the Atlantic wind picks up.

A house in conversation with its land.

Introducing our latest completed project; a full refurbishment and rooftop extension nestled in the coastal village of Coverack, Cornwall.

The brief was simple: honour the bones of this beautiful old stone building while opening it up to the breathtaking views it had been hiding for years. We carefully restored the original rubble stone walls, letting centuries of character speak for themselves, before adding a new glazed rooftop extension that frames the bay in every direction.

Large contemporary openings bring light deep into the home, creating a dialogue between old and new that feels entirely at home on the Cornish coast. The result — warm, textured interiors that dissolve into panoramic sea views, and a terrace made for long summer evenings.
A project that reminded us why we love what we do.

Introducing our latest project — a new family beach house above the dunes at Saunton Sands, North Devon.

Spread across three floors, the design responds directly to its extraordinary setting: every level oriented toward the dunes and beach beyond. The façade is clad in slim vertical timber slats and locally sourced Devon stone, grounding the building in its coastal landscape while the gently curved roofline lifts it into something unmistakably contemporary.

A house that belongs here — and nowhere else.

Kitchen details, Notting Hill Apartment

At the centre of the space, a stainless steel island sets a confident tone. Clean, reflective and precise, it anchors the room against a backdrop of deep, warm oak joinery that wraps the kitchen in richness and texture.

Natural light pours in through restored sash windows and stained glass, softening the material palette and shifting the atmosphere throughout the day. The contrast between the sharpness of steel and the warmth of timber creates a balance that feels both bold and inviting.

A kitchen designed as a statement, but one that settles effortlessly into the rhythm of daily life.

An appreciation for classic Douglas fir timber.

There is something quietly enduring about its character. The warmth of tone, the subtle variation in grain, the way it holds light across a surface. Whether laid as long, elegant floorboards that draw the eye through a space, or crafted into bespoke cabinetry with a more tactile presence, it brings a sense of depth that feels both natural and considered.

It is not just a material choice but a foundation for atmosphere. Honest, resilient, and timeless in its appeal.
