Even though we had some rocky patches, I’m so pleased with how this turned out! 🙊 I’m no professional cake decorator, and I haven’t made a cake like this in a while, but I’ve impressed myself 🤣

Chocolate Millionaires Brownies 😍

How about a Triple Chocolate Millionaires Brownies! These are one of my favourite millionaire bars 🤩 If you're a lover of fudgy brownies and millionaires shortbread, then you just have to try this one 💕

A fudgy, triple chocolate brownie base, a gooey caramel filling, topped with creamy milk chocolate 🤤

To celebrate the launch of Easy 6 📙 I decided to make it a cake!! To be on theme with the cover, I wanted to make it orange flavoured

I quite enjoyed baking at night, this might be a new thing for me 😅 less distractions, less pressure, and I feel more creative ✨

15 minute crispy cheesy chicken tacos 😍

So quick and easy to make, packed with chicken, onion, red pepper, cheese and tomato, inside a warm, crispy tortilla 🤌

One of my favourite recipes from inside my new cookbook Fitwaffle’s Easy 6, which is available now!! 🥳💖

All you need is:
2 chicken breasts
1/2 red pepper, diced
1 small red onion, diced
1 tbsp tomato puree
6 mini tortillas/taco wraps
100g cheddar/mozzarella cheese mix (or cheese of your choice)

Staple ingredients:
Salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, olive oil

Enjoy!

Tomorrow, my 5th cookbook comes out! I actually can't believe this journey. I'm currently on a trip down memory lane, looking at past book posts. Seeing everyone's comments and support over the past 4 books means so much 💕
